It’s a movieland moment in America, as the great Oscar countdown gets under way. Who knows—maybe someday there’ll be a faux burger dubbed the “Todd” on a Sunset Boulevard menu. After all, Hollywood is a place that loves to name its food after its people, as Geoff Nicholson notes in his tribute to dishes and drinks inspired by celebrities, from the Shirley Temple to the, yes, Charlie Sheen.
