Each month we’re giving two cooks in the Gourmet Test Kitchen an ingredient and asking them to create two recipes each—one savory and one sweet—for our new Test Kitchen Challenge. In the second installment, test kitchen director Ruth Cousineau and food editor/stylist Paul Grimes face off over dijon mustard.
