Root Beer Floats C.J.’s Restaurant

February 1982
We generally avoid cocktails that mimic kids’ drinks, but two things must be said in our defense in this case. 1) It actually tastes like a root beer float. 2) It tastes like a root beer float!

    2 ponies (2 ounces) Kahlúa, 1 1/2 teaspoons Galliano, 1/4 cup half-and-half, 1 1/2 cups cola drink

Fill two 10-ounce glasses with ice cubes, divide the Kahlúa, the Galliano, and the half-and-half between them, and pour half the cola into each glass, letting a head from. Serve the floats immediately without stirring. Makes 2 drinks.
