Warm Chocolate Fudge Sauce

- 3/4 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup light corn syrup
- 8 ounces bittersweet (60% cacao) chocolate, chopped
Bring cream and corn syrup to a simmer, stirring, then remove from heat. Add chocolate and stir until it melts and sauce is smooth. Serve warm.
Sauce can be made 5 days ahead and chilled, covered. Reheat over low heat, stirring, and thin slightly with water, if necessary.
