Four Hour Feast

Preparing a gracious Thanksgiving dinner doesn’t have to take all day. A magnificent roast turkey with all the trimmings can be ready in a few hours with this menu of updated classics. Now that’s something to be grateful for.

Carrot Fennel Soup
Extra-Moist Roast Turkey with Pan Gravy
Sage Stuffing
Cranberry Tangerine Conserve
Haricots Verts with Bacon and Chestnuts
Roasted Potatoes and Shallots
Cider-Poached Apples with Candied Walnuts, Rum Cream, and Cider Syrup
